1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged.
  • The product is defective or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Include all original packaging.
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Skincare, beauty, or cosmetic items that have been opened or used.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We may request photo or video proof to confirm the issue.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange if:

  • The product delivered was incorrect.
  • The item arrived damaged.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


5. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product images/videos
  • Packaging images

Contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
